With over 20 years’ experience in children’s residential care, Jacqui has worked in roles ranging from frontline practitioner to Head of Safeguarding for a medium-sized organisation. She has also contributed to family centres and community early intervention teams, combining practical expertise with a deep commitment to child-centred practice.

Holding an MA in Professional Practice with Children and Young People, Jacqui’s research has focused on the impact of deprivation of liberty under inherent jurisdiction. She is now completing a professional doctorate while delivering CPD-accredited training tailored to residential settings, ensuring that children remain at the heart of every decision and practice.
