With an 18-year background as a front-line police officer, Leo transitioned into education, becoming a college lecturer teaching 16–19-year-olds before moving into employability mentoring. He later led the training department of a large children’s charity, where he designed and delivered training for both staff and foster carers. Drawing on his diverse experience, Leo now offers a wide range of training packages suitable for various sectors, alongside a consultancy service to help organisations develop and enhance their own training programmes.
