Matt is a dynamic training and development professional with a diverse background spanning education, charity leadership, and specialist training delivery. With early roots in teaching finance and HR, Matt went on to lead a charity for 14 years, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes in areas such as youth development, leadership, combat medics, and instructional methods. He later worked in education as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, with a focus on child criminal exploitation and gang involvement, while also teaching across all age groups, including with the Combined Cadet Force.
